- George Porteous Added 2017-11-09★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Have been buying the same timberland boots from mark's for the last six years. A pair would last me 10-12 months. In September I'm told they no longer carry that boot but they have the brand hi-tech that has a comparable boot. 117 days later I try to explain to the assistant manager that the boots are falling apart and are not waterproof, she explained to me that the boots are waterproof 'it says it on the side of the boot', and I am using them wrong, and she can't do anything being passed the 100 day point.
I think I spent around $800 at mark's in the last year, that will end now. I will not be shopping at any mark's store if this is how they deal with their defective products.
