    The staff--if you can even call them that--barely know what they're doing. They're rude and look down on you for using these services.
    They also enjoy wasting your time. I arrive 5 minutes early for all my appointments, and they have the audacity to make me wait over 45 minutes to get into my appointment late EVERY. DAMN. TIME.
    It's a joke.
